Yes.
We are, however, closed on the following days:

Do we need a reservation to Drop-In?
No,
unless your group is more than (10) children. If your
group is larger than (10) children, please call ahead.

Do Parents / Guardian need to accompany children during Drop-In
hours?
Yes,
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 100% of
the time during drop-in hours. For safety reasons, we also
do not permit adults to attend Bananas! without being accompanied
by a child.

prices for Drop-In?
Yes!
- Toddlers under 24 months old are FREE!!!
- Grand Parents are FREE!!!

How long can we stay?
Stay
as long as you want during regular Drop-In hours. There
is no time-limit and no sessions! You are our guest.

Can we bring food in?
No.
We do however offer a wide array of drinks, gourmet coffees
and teas, concessions,
snacks, as well as, Papa John's Pizza.

Do we need Socks?
Yes.
Don't worry if you forget them.... You can purchase a pair at
our reception counter.

Do we need sign legal waiver or releases?
Yes.
Prior to entering our inflatable play center all parents and
custodians must sign a Waiver and Release. These can
be found on our home page.

Can we decorate the party room?
Yes,
to a limited degree
Although plates, napkins, and cups are included with the party
package, you may of course bring "themed"
paper products (e.g. Batman, Cinderella, Hanna Montanna,
etc). Also Table cloths & Balloons are permitted.
Not permitted under any circumstance:
Confetti, Silly String, Any banners / signs taped or thumb-tacked
to wall, or Streamers

Do we need to prepay parties?
Yes.
All
reserved parties must be paid in full at time of Reservation and (1) week prior to the event.

Can we host (2) different parties (e.g. 2 siblings)
in one of the Large Party rooms at

same time such that the combined
parties do not
exceed (25) guest?
Yes.
There is no additional
charge for the space or party. If an additional cake
is provided, then a small charge is applicable

Do Parents and Grand Parents count towards the
maximum number of guest for a
party?
No.
Parents, grand
parents, aunts, uncles, and adult friends are free at parties and don't count towards the guest
total.

If we exceed the maximum number of guest at a party, what is the
charge?
An
additional $10.00 charge applies per guest exceeding maximum party
level for a basic party.
If Party favors are included, please remember an additional $2.00
per additional party favor required will be added as well.

Can we bring our own Cake & Ice Cream for Private Parties?
Yes.
You are welcome to bring
in your own Cake & Ice Cream. We will gladly store your
ice cream in our freezer to keep it fresh until
served. There is not cost for this.
If you prefer for Bananas! to provide the Cake & Ice Cream
that's ok too... There is an additional charge of $ 2.50 per
person which is paid at the time of the party.

How do we order Cake & Ice Cream for our party, which is
already booked?
If
you would like to order Cake & Ice Cream for your party please
call (513) 777-9200 at least (1) week in advance of your party.

Q.
Can we bring modest foods (finger foods, cheese trays, or veggie
trays) in for the parents during our Private Party?
Yes.
The parents are welcome
to enjoy such foods in the Adult Sanctuary during the first (90)
minutes of the private party. The only exception to
this is outside Pizza, which is not permitted.
Due to contractual requirements, all Pizza orders must be placed
directly through Bananas! No other Pizza is allowed on the
premises.
Also,
children will not be able to participate in this food as they are
not allowed in the Adult sanctuary.
Q.
Can we bring Crock-Pots, heating trays, or sterno-heating to
warm/cook food for the adults in the Sanctuary during our private
party?
No.
Q.
During a Private Party, can we bring in food for the children in the
party room other than Cake, Ice-Cream, or Pizza which was directly
ordered through Bananas! ?
No.
With the exception of a "single allergen
free serving" to accommodate a specific child with a
specific food allergy.

Do you accept MC/Visa, Debit Cards, Checks, or Cash?
Yes.

If
your party time is effected by any event beyond Bananas! control,
we will gladly reschedule your party to an available
day/time. Please note refunds are not applicable.

What is your refund policy for parties?
We
pride ourselves on treating everyone fairly and ethically.
- Full
Refunds (100%) are honored with (1) week prior notice to the event
- If (1) week notice can not be provided, we will be happy to
reschedule your event to any available date and time, as long as
we are notified prior to the original event start time.
- There is a $25 processing fee for cancellation or rescheduling
